The health and safety of our players, coaches, & everyone is of our utmost importance. All players/parents/guardians/coaches/volunteers must read and fully comply with this Health & Safety Plan. COVID 19- Signs/Symptoms/Communication- Any coach/volunteer/player who has tested positive for or is showing COVID-19 symptoms MUST stay home and follow the CDC isolation guidelines: Any coach/volunteer/player who is sick or have recently had close contact with a person with COVID-19 MUST stay home and monitor their health.

Pre-Arrival/Arrival/Departure from Facility
- Prior to arrival to any training/camp/tournament, all players/staff/volunteers must complete the daily Covid-19 Pre-Screening form that will be emailed out and posted on our home page.
- Prior to arrival, all participants/staff/volunteers must wash their hands at home and also use hand sanitizer before they enter any field. Falcon Athletics will have sanitizer available at each practice/camp/game/tournament/etc.
- All players must arrive with their masks on at least 10 minutes prior to the start of any practice/camp/game/tournament/etc. Players must arrive fully dressed and ready to play with necessary clothing, footwear, shinguards, etc. There will be no changing of clothing/footwear on the field.
- All players must keep their social distance upon entry into any facility. There is no congregating outside while waiting for entry into a facility. MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN SOCIAL DISTANCING IS DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN.
- Upon entry onto any field, where applicable, Falcon Athletics will set up cones six feet apart. Players must place their belongings next to a cone. Players are expected to stay at their cone when coaches send them there for water breaks.
- Spectators may be limited or not allowed at practices, tournaments, clinics, camps, etc.
- When a practice/camp/game/tournament/etc is over, players are not allowed to stay to talk to each other or coaches. Everyone must exit the facility immediately following the conclusion of a practice/camp/game/tournament/etc.
- If players/parents/guardians have any questions we will be glad to answer them via email or phone. In an effort to limit exposure, coaches will NOT stay after practice to talk to players or parents, however please email or call with any questions!
Procedures during Practices/Games/Camps/Tournaments/Etc.
- Throughout any Practice/Game/Camp/Tournament/Etc. players MUST maintain 6 feet from one another. There will be instances such as scrimmages/small sided games where this will not be possible. As per NJ state directive, executive order No. 149, contact play is permissible beginning July 6, 2021.
- Players are NOT allowed to share any equipment, water, or food with other players/coaches/volunteers etc.
- Players/coaches/volunteers may NOT spit anywhere on the field. This includes saliva and/or water.
- There will be no contact of any kind between players, coaches, volunteers. (No high-five, handshakes, etc. will be allowed)
- Players will be required to wear masks upon entry into any facility
- If a coach needs to do a “chalk talk” players will be required to put face masks on.
- Dependent upon federal, state, and local mandates, masks may be required to be worn during the duration of a practice, tournament, clinic, camp, etc. Dependent upon protocols set forth by the venue Falcon Athletics is using, masks may be required to be worn during the duration of a practice, tournament, clinic, camp, etc.
- Every coach/volunteer will wear a mask throughout the training session and only lower them when absolutely necessary.

- Sick individuals will not be allowed back to training/practice until they have completed the CDC’s guidelines
- Any Coach/Player/Volunteer should self-report if they have symptoms of COVID-19, a positive test for COVID-19, or were exposed to someone with COVID-19. (Consistent with applicable law and privacy policies) If a player,coach, umpire, volunteer does test positive for Covid they must refrain from practice and provide a doctor's note or letter from their respective County/State Department of Health to Falcon Athletics in order to be eligible to return to play.
- Anyone not feeling well should not come to practice/camp/tournament/etc. they are registered for.
- Coaches/Players/Volunteers should notify Falcon Athletics if they contract COVID-19, become ill with symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in close contact with someone who has symptoms/confirmed/or suspected case of COVID-19.
- Coaches/Players/Volunteers should not return to coach/play for 14 days, unless advised otherwise by a health professional.
- Falcon Athletics will abide by all local and state mandates, and will notify health officials, coaches/volunteers/players/parents of any player/coach/volunteer who has tested positive for COVID-19 while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- Those who have had close contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19 will be advised to stay home, self-monitor for symptoms, and follow CDC guidance if symptoms develop.
NJ Travel Advisory
- Any player, coach, volunteer, etc. who travels to any state/region/area on the New Jersey travel restriction list must quarantine for 14 days and refrain from any of our trainings, leagues, camps, tournaments, etc. for those 14 days from the return of their trip.
- Please check the New Jersey travel restriction list before planning any trips/vacations.
