 This is an excellent opportunity to get college level training and get preseason ready! **There will be separate instruction for goalies**

Spring Field Hockey Clinics in River Vale
Open to ages 8-18, all levels!

This Training Session is open to all players in grades 1-12 from any town. Players will be grouped by age/playing ability. Training will focus on the fundamentals of field hockey as well as individual skills such as dribbling, receiving, passing, shooting & scoring. Each session will end with small games &/or mini scrimmages for players to demonstrate the skills they learn each week. **Open to all skill levels, players may borrow a stick upon request & $20 deposit. Stick packages also available to purchase upon request.  Field players will need shinguards & a mouthguard.  Goalies will need full protective equipment.  This is a great opportunity to try something new or sharpen your field hockey skills! ** 
Where: Mark Lane Field | River Vale, NJ 07675 | 400 Mark Lane | Outdoor Turf; rain or shine! 
When:  Saturdays  May 16th, May 30th, June 13th, June 20th, & June 27th
Time: 12:30-2:00pm  | Cost: $150 for all 5 sessions **Drop in dates available at checkout for $35 each**

2026 Adult Summer League at

Individual Registration:  MSU Adult Summer League
Dates:   5/26, 6/2, 6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30, 7/7, & 7/14 
(THURSDAY 7/16 MAKE UP DATE ONLY IF NEEDED)   
Game Times:   TUESDAY NIGHTS AT 6:30pm, 7:30pm, 8:30pm weekly 
Where:            Montclair State University- Sprague Field or Dioguardi Field
League Set-up:Each game consists of four 12 minute quarters 
Rules: NCAA College Rules- **Including corner masks on defensive corners**
League Format:        Weeks 1-6: Round robin tournament
                                     Week 7: Playoffs / Championship (For top 6 teams only) 
                                      Week 8: Make-up date if needed 

Fee:
$100.00 per player WHEN REGISTERING AS A TEAM (MUST SUBMIT ONE PAYMENT)
$125 per player when registered as an individual to be placed on a house team

U10/U12 Spring Training 

Looking to try something new this Spring!?  Come join our U10/U12 team!  No tryouts are required for U10/12 and training is open to all levels.  Coaching is led by current and former college coaches as well as current and former college players.  We also offer discounts for goalies and dedicated goalie coaches!  Come see what Falcon FHC is all about!

Winter 2026 Skills Academy
Open to ages 9-18!

This training will focus on individual skills & team skills such as passing, pops, different types of shooting/passing, slices, deceptive passes, energy on the pitch, game strategy, vision, & more.  Sessions will end with about 20 minutes of 7v7 scrimmages for players to demonstrate the skills they learn each week. **Training will be on turf**
 Coaching will be led by current & former college coaches as well as current college players. 
Open To:  Girls & Boys in grades 5-12   Players will be grouped by age/playing ability (GRADES 5-8) (GRADES 9-12)
**This training is open to all levels & playing abilities.**
Location: SDA Sports |  1075 US-46 East  | Clifton, NJ
Time: Sundays 6:00-7:30pm
Session 1= 1/4, 1/11, 1/25, & 2/1 (No session 1/18)
Session 2= 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, & 3/1
