U14-U19 Spring 2026 Tryout Options Mondays: 2/9, 2/16 , 2/23, or 3/2 from  6:45-8:00pm at Superdome Sports  |  Waldwick, NJ  Sundays:  2/1, 2/8, 2/15, or 2/22 from 6:00-7:30pm at SDA Sports in Clifton, NJ

(ALL THURSDAY PRACTICES!)  PARKING IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN METERED PARKING IN LOT 26. PAYMENT IS THROUGH PAYBYPHONE APP [DESIGNATION: LOC #4040] Please park in a parking deck/metered spot or risk being ticketed.  Falcon Athletics LLC is not responsible for parking tickets.  You may also park in any of the parking decks for a fee, the nearest one is Carparc Diem  near lot 24. YOU MAY ABSOLUTELY NOT PARK IN THE DROP OFF AREA ROUNDABOUT OR IN THE DIRT LOT IN FRONT OF THE SOFTBALL STADIUM.

U10/U12 Spring Practices

Looking to try something new this Spring!?  Come join our U10/U12 team!  No tryouts are required for U10/12 and training is open to all levels.  Coaching is led by current and former college coaches as well as current and former college players.  We also offer discounts for goalies and dedicated goalie coaches!  Come see what Falcon FHC is all about!  There are optional tournament/play days for U12, and we may be able to join a Sunday Spring League April 12- May 3 with other local recreation programs.Our U10 will serve as a practice squad only, if we have enough for a team we will try to find other local teams to scrimmage*
