PRACTICES
@ Montclair State University Rain or Shine!
Open to: Players entering grades K-9 for the 2025 school year; All playing abilities welcomed! Beginners will have separate instructions. Players will be grouped by age/playing ability. (K-4) (5-9)
**U12 players have the option to play in tournaments/play days/scrimmages at an additional fee. **U12 is also open to ALL LEVELS, players will be grouped by playing ability**
Format: Training will consist of individual and team skills led by our college coaches and players. Players will end with scrimmages/mini games to demonstrate skills/concepts learned each week.

OPTIONAL U12 Tournaments & Play Days
Price does not include tournaments/showcases/scrimmages/ Play Days. One day Tournaments/Showcases will average $100-$165. Two day tournaments average $275. **Price does not include uniform ($100). If you have a uniform from a previous U12-U19 season with Falcon FHC you will not need a new one. All players will be given a reversible practice pinnie. Price does not include any travel expenses, food, hotels, etc.
